The Skyvilla Experience
Occupying the top two floors of Treppan Tower are the four “Skyvillas” – each one unique in terms of layout and orientation. These Duplex Three-Bedroom units embody the spacious opulence of a villa by offering a seamless transition between its indoor and its surrounding outdoor spaces, all while being nestled high above the city.
The Skyvillas are located on Floors 26 and 27, which are effectively the 31st and 32nd floors when including the 5 podium floors. Each unit – occupying one quadrant of the building – welcomes you with illuminated open spaces, thanks to its open-plan design, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a palette comprising light, natural tones.
On Floor 26, the entrance leads into the living, kitchen and dining areas. Unobstructed by pillars or walls, they combine to form one continuous, open living-space. The kitchen and its cabinets occupy one end of this space and are fronted by an island-counter for casual dining. For more formal occasions, there is a 6 to 8-seater dining table nearby. The remaining area is dedicated to the living room, with its cosy couches and high-end entertainment system. A spare washroom is conveniently accessible from the living room.
The living space opens onto the spacious open-air balcony, which envelopes the Skyvilla on three sides. Offering either 95.13 or 125.79 sq.m (1,024 or 1,354 sq.ft) of outdoor space, the balcony has ample space for alfresco dining, lounging, a BBQ area, cabanas and more. On one end of the balcony is a dipping pool measuring 3.2×2.0 metres, ideal for unwinding after a long day or for entertaining guests on the weekends.
The spacious Master Bedroom, located on Floor 26, comes attached with a generous bathroom and dressing room. On one side, the bedroom’s floor-to-ceiling windows open onto the balcony.
The Second and Third Bedrooms are located on Floor 27. Both have attached baths and open onto a separate open-air balcony. The upper level also has a spare washroom and a store room.
