Amenities On Floor One
First Floor, located on the Podium Roof, is where we find many of the amenities offered at Treppan Tower. The amenities on this floor – located along northern and western sides – have been curated to encourage and enhance a sense of community among the residents, in line with the Treppan Living philosophy. The entire flooring is covered in natural and wood tomes, while the periphery is lined with green shrubs and trees.
Swimming Pool
The rectangular adults’ swimming pool is the centrepiece of the amenities offered at this level. The blue tomes of the pool contrast dramatically with the natural tomes of the wooden deck surrounding it, as well as the recliner sunbeds and their umbrellas.
Kids Pool
The kids’ swimming pool is adjoined perpendicularly to one end of the main swimming pool, with the two pools being demarcated by two majestic palm trees. The kids’ pool is conveniently located next to some of the outdoor seating and the kids’ play.
Kids Play Area
Located on the south-western corner of the Podium Roof, the thoughtfully equipped play area has several seating options adjacent to it where parents can relax and socialise while the children play.
Fire Pit
Set adjacent to the swimming pool, a rectangular fire pit is the centrepiece of this outdoor seating section. It is an ideal communal gathering place throughout the year, but especially inviting during the cooler evenings.
Outdoor Seating
In addition to the Fire Pit, residents have a selection of outdoor seating options: a gazebo, pergola seating, cabanas, a sunken seating area or covered and cushioned hammocks. These offer residents a selection of covered or open seating options where they can socialise.
Outdoor Theatre
The large outdoor screen is located on the north-eastern corner of the Podium Roof. Accompanied by laid-back seating, it is the ideal place for residents to gather for the perfect open-air movie night or to cheer their favourite sports team.
BBQ Station
Located adjacent to the Outdoor Theatre and complemented by various outdoor seating arrangements, the BBQ Station will enhance any gathering by enabling the serving of freshly grilled foods on the spot.
Gym & Calisthenics
The fully-equipped indoor gym is located adjacent to the swimming pool with views of the cityscape beyond. The gym is complemented by the outdoor callisthenics area to offer the residents a complete bouquet of fitness options.
Greenhouse
The Greenhouse is a signature of the Treppan Living brand philosophy. Employing the latest innovations in hydroponics and indoor horticulture, the Greenhouse offers residents not only healthy and organic produce but also the option to redeem their reward points.
Amenities On Floor 16
The amenities on the 16th floor have been thoughtfully curated to offer the residents a serene environment where they can relax and unwind, high above the hustle and bustle of the city below. Throughout this space, the walls and floors have natural tones that are complemented by the natural greens of indoor plants. Every amenity space on this level offers stunning views of the cityscape beyond.
Infinity Pool
Natural trees and plants embed themselves among the natural-toned walls on three sides of this pool. Designed to recreate the ambience of a natural water body, this pool is bathed in natural light thanks to the unobstructed opening on the outer side, not to mention the stunning views it offers.
Yoga Deck
The fully equipped Yoga Studio offers unobstructed views via its outward-facing deck. Residents can indulge in their favourite mind over body routines in an indoor space bathed in natural light and offering stunning views of the distant cityscapes.
Greenhouse Cafe
This amenity serves freshly brewed hot beverages or freshly concocted cold ones, in addition to meals using ingredients sourced from the building’s Greenhouse. Residents can also redeem their reward points at this venue when they avail themselves of its services.
Library
The Library invites residents to sit back and venture into an alternative space through the pages of a well-written book. It is an invitation to turn back the clock to a simpler time when the clock advanced at a more leisurely and blissful pace.

The 16th floor has plush seating along the exterior, interspersed by plants. As this area is partially open to the elements, it is bathed in natural lighting. This creates an inviting space to read a book, enjoy a brew or engage in a conversation.
The Lobby
Treppan Tower’s lobby is a welcoming sanctuary that perfectly balances elegance with serenity. The space is naturally ventilated, resulting in a pleasant ambient atmosphere. At its centre is a towering olive tree that transforms the lobby into a green oasis.
