Treppan Tower has a total of 211 one-bedroom apartments, which are offered in 5 “Types” based on their interior layout and orientation. Of the 211 units, 205 are “Typical” units located between floors 2 and 25. The remaining 6 are “Podium” units located on the Podium Roof (first floor). These units have the same interior layout as their Typical counterparts, but offer significantly more outdoor space.
Every unit offers a bedroom with an attached bath, and an open-plan living space comprising the living room, dining area and the kitchen. Some units also have a washroom that’s accessible from the living room. Every unit has a balcony (some have two) attached to the living room and the bedroom.
In line with the Treppan philosophy, these apartments have a minimalist chic aesthetic, achieved through the combination of premium materials and a palette of natural colours. Meanwhile, large windows and doors flood the interior space with natural light, enhancing the sense of space.
Living Room
The living room is designed to be an inviting space, a place to relax or get things done. L-shaped couches merge with the floor-to-ceiling glass doors that lead out to the balcony, while also inviting natural light into the interior space. The latter complements and accentuates the natural tones of the interior space.
Kitchen & Dining
Set along the interior wall in either a linear or L-shape, the open-plan kitchen incorporates all of the essential appliances into the cabinet structure. The fittings are made from premium materials and finished in the natural tones of the interior colour scheme. The dining table acts as an extension to the kitchen’s island-counter, thus offering a duality of function.
Bedroom & Bath
The bedrooms in all 5 Types have an attached bathroom and offer access to a balcony via floor-to-ceiling glass doors. These bedrooms are spacious enough to comfortably accommodate a King-size bed. The generous built-in closet blends seamlessly with the interior wall. The attached bathroom is well-appointed with premium fittings and materials, and finished in the natural tones that complement the rest of the apartment.
Typical One-Bedrooms
These one-bedroom apartments are located on every residential floor between 2 and 25. On each level, there are a total of 11 one-bedroom units. The only exception is the 12th floor, which has 9 units.
These Typical 1BHK units are offered in 5 “Types” to suit a diverse set of needs, ranging from squarish units to L-shaped corner units with 2 balconies.
There are 2 units of this Type on each floor (#09 & #10), occupying the central part of the north-facing side. Each unit has a north-facing balcony.
